How to Order:
You can place an order using the following options:

Payments Accepted:
Please note payments via PayPal are due immediately upon checking out after placing your order, or the order will be canceled. Mail-in payments are due in 5 business days from the date the order is placed or the order will be canceled.
Payments accepted in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks ONLY!! All Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks will be verified for authenticity by my bank before your order is shipped.
U.S. customers: We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
Credit cards are accepted through www.PayPal.com a secure processing site.
Tennessee residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
International customers: We accept PayPal, Western Union, International Money Orders and Checks drawn on U.S. Banks in U.S. Funds. Credit cards are accepted through www.PayPal.com . We will not falsify customs forms so please don't ask us to do so.

Shipping:
Shipping is via UPS and USPS, except for outside the Continental U.S. where USPS only will be utilized.
The following shipping rates, half price and free shipping terms are for customers within the Continental U.S. only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Military and Internationally may require additional shipping charges. Please pay your order as it is placed on the website with the U.S. shipping charges. When your order is cut and ready to ship, I will email you several different shipping options and then invoice you for the additional shipping payment once you have made your choice.
Shipping times will vary and can run anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Once your package leaves The Wood Shop, I am not responsible for it, but will do everything I can to help you retrieve it should there ever be a problem.

International Orders:
Due to the extra costs of processing and mailing international orders, there is a $25.00 minimum purchase required for all international orders.
We only charge actual shipping costs on all orders, no handling fees. We do not keep any stock on hand, therefore shipping costs will not be known until your order is paid for, cut and packaged. After your order is cut and packaged, you will be billed for shipping costs. At that time, you will be able to choose from several different shipping options and prices.

Returns:
All sales are final.
If an error is made on our part,
we will take immediate steps to correct it.
Insurance through UPS is included
in the off chance there is damage during shipping.
